22 January 2025

Following a number of enquiries, HM Government of Gibraltar has confirmed that the Direction (No. 3) under section 11A of Immigration, Asylum and Refugee Act (as described in Press Release 128/2022) was revoked by Legal Notice 142 of 2024 with effect from the 25th July 2024.
This means that Ukrainian nationals wishing to enter Gibraltar require a valid visa.
