GibSams Wellbeing At Work Awards 2025

GibSams is inviting local companies to submit a case study for the 2025 Wellbeing at Work Awards.
A statement from GibSams follows below:
Successful award applicants will have the opportunity to present their company’s case study as part of the GibSams Wellbeing at Work Awards 2025.
Award Categories:
• Company 200+ employees
• Company 100-200 employees
• Company below 100 employees
• Public Sector, Charities and NGO’s
GibSams will award one award per category, with each award application being compared to all other awards applications within the same category in 2025 and judged by Saskia Donald (Chief People Officer, Token), Pete Yeoman (CEO, Liberty Services) and Pete Cush (Coach & Consultant).
The application deadline is Friday 28th February 2025 at 5.30pm. You will be informed if you have been successful by the end of March to provide you with sufficient time to prepare your Case study presentation as part of the GibSams Wellbeing at Work Conference on the 8th May 2025 at the Sunborn.
Please submit your case study of work that has been done/completed during 2023/2024. As part of your case study evaluation process, we are looking at the evidence of the quality and standard of the following:
• highlighting the purpose of your well-being at work strategy,
• provide details of the wellbeing at work initiative(s) implemented,
• evidence of the resulting outcomes and benefits (ROI) for people, business,
• clients, and wider community (as applicable). Which could include feedback from any of these groups
• Please specify the complexities, challenges, the resulting approach and your overall learning from what you have implemented. (what are you going to do differently moving forward?)
If you have submitted an award before, please ensure you show the evolution from your previous submission.

GibSams operates a free confidential and anonymous helpline, chat and WhatsApp service for those that are experiencing emotional distress and suicidal thoughts.
As part of their outreach initiatives within the workplace, GibSams in 2019 created the Wellbeing at Work Awards which aims to support the many innovative ways that local companies are supporting the wellbeing of their employees. Over 40 different local companies have been awarded a wellbeing at work award over the last 5 years.
GibSams offers in-house company talks on mental wellbeing, wellbeing leader training, and a wellbeing at work conference. The conference for this year will be held on the 8th May 2025
