The Gibraltar Training Centre, in collaboration with Atlas Builders Merchants and Engineers Supplies Ltd, hosted a training event at the Centre for their apprentices to learn about the latest materials and practices in the industry.

The Training Centre instructors and members of the public also attended. 

Senior engineers from Plasson, ABN Pipe Systems and Walraven held demonstrations of electrofusion welding on PE 100 and PPR pipes, and discussed and showcased their accessories. 

Head of Training, Programme and Facilities Dylan Podesta was joined by Duane Ellul Managing Director from Atlas to host the event, giving apprentices at the Centre the opportunity to learn aboutthe leading products used in their chosen fields of training. The apprentices were also presented with attendance certificates after the event
