Gibraltar Netball To Host Street Netball Event At Campion Park

Gibraltar Netball is hosting a 3v3 Street Netball Festival at Campion Park next Saturday 31st May.

Excitement is building for NWYC2025 as Gibraltar Netball prepares to bring the latest thrill of netball to the heart of the community with the inaugural 3v3 Street Netball Festival! On Saturday, 31 May, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Campion Park will transform into a vibrant hub of activity, welcoming players of all ages and skill levels to experience the joy of netball in a fresh, urban setting.
Why Street Netball?
“Netball isn’t just a game—it’s a vehicle for health, teamwork, and community connection,” say Gibraltar netball organisers. This free, family-friendly event is designed to break down barriers and make netball accessible to everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned player or stepping onto the court for the first time, the day promises something for all.
Who can join?
- Taster Sessions: Open to girls, boys, and families—no experience necessary! Learn the basics, practice passes, and dive into mini games.
- Shooting Skills Competition: Test your accuracy and win prizes in a lively, friendly showdown.
- Celebration of Movement: It’s the appreciation of physical activity, fun, and mental well-being with families being able to stay active together.
