The Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister met the Cross Frontier Group this morning together with UK Minister for Europe Stephen Doughty MP. 

There was a very useful discussion with representatives of trade unions and business organisations from both sides of the border. 

Separately, the Chief Minister took the opportunity to thank Armed Forces Minister Luke Pollard MP following the robust references to Gibraltar in the Strategic Defence Review. 

Mr Picardo and Dr Garcia have had further meetings today all connected to the negotiation of a future relationship treaty between Gibraltar and the European Union.
