A statement from the Government follows below:
Dolphins Youth Club held its annual Summer Community BBQ for members and their families, and once again, the event proved to be a tremendous success.
The gathering was well attended, with a lively and welcoming atmosphere enjoyed by all.
A particular highlight was the open mic session, where young people proudly showcased their talents. From playing the guitar to DJing and taking part in a lively mini fashion show, the event was a true celebration of youth creativity and confidence.
In addition, a range of entertaining games and activities were organised for the young people, ensuring there was something for everyone to enjoy. The event created a wonderful space for families and friends to come together, celebrate the summer, and strengthen community ties.
The club continues to see strong participation throughout the year, with young people playing a vital role in its ongoing success. It was especially inspiring to see so many of them stepping up to support the event in various ways, from performing and DJing, to helping with setup and logistics, and ensuring everything ran smoothly.
The Youth Service would like to extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the BBQ for their trust and continued support. Events like these are only made possible through the enthusiasm and commitment of the young people, their families, and the wider community.
