Information Session for Event & Entertainment Providers for Entertainment Licence Submissions

Guidance on Completing and Submitting Entertainment Licence Applications (Effective 1 April 2026)
Event organisers, promoters, venue operators, performers, and entertainment service providers applying for B licences are invited to attend a short information session on Monday, 9 March 2026, from 1:30pm to 3:00pm at the Charles Hunt Room, John Mackintosh Hall.
This session will provide important guidance on the updated process for completing and submitting applications for Entertainment (B) Licences, which will come into effect from 1 April 2026.

• Who Should Attend: Event organisers, entertainment providers, venue managers, promoters, and any stakeholders involved in hosting entertainment activities
• Purpose: Step-by-step guidance on how to correctly complete and submit Entertainment Licence applications under the new requirements effective 1 April 2026
During the session, attendees will:
• Receive a walkthrough of the Entertainment Licence application process
• Learn how to correctly complete the required forms
• Understand submission procedures and timelines
• Have the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification
