May 22 - Galia: Further Fraud by False Representation Charges

In the continuing Criminal Investigation Department inquiry into allegations of Fraud by False Representation officers have today arrested Mark Galia of 9 Sea Daffodil House, Waterport Terraces, on suspicion of Fraud by False Representation.
Galia has today been charged with one count of Fraud by False Representation. The total value of the alleged fraud relating to the charge is approximately £212,000.
He was released on bail on his own recognizance to appear at the Magistrates Court at 1000hrs on the 23rd of May.
A similar charge of Fraud by False Representation was brought against Mr Galia on Monday the 13th of May involving an alleged fraud of £170,000. Mr Galia appeared in Court in respect of that charge on Tuesday the 14th of May.
