May 31 - Governor's Aide de Camp Changeover
31 May 2013
In a changeover of His Excellency the Governor’s Aide-De-Camp, Captain Dayan Pozo handed over responsibility to Captain John Pitto, after the completion of his attachment. Captain Pitto has been working as a Company 2IC within the Regiment since his return from Afghanistan just over a year ago.
On taking up his new post Captain Pitto noted, ‘It is an absolute privilege to take on the role of Aide-De-Camp to His Excellency the Governor Sir Adrian and Lady Suzy Johns, I expect the challenges to be very different to the experiences I have had up until now which were very much combat focused roles, I welcome the opportunity to work within the Staff Officer environment to enhance my skill set.’
