Interserve Defence Ltd and Unite the Union have announced that an agreement has been reached following many months of negotiations, to harmonise where possible, the pay structure for directly employed staff. The GDE&GS MoD pay parity proposal has also been taken into account.

The differences in pay within grades for Interserve employees will be implemented in four installments, one increment per year every April throughout the remaining life of the contract. Target salaries to alleviate the pay disparities for the affected grades have been agreed on by both parties.
