Press Release from Government is relation to the closure of St Mary's First School:
“St Mary’s First School suffered some flooding overnight as the result of a burst water pipe. Given that this occurred on the last teaching day of the term, disruption has been kept to a minimum.
Government confirms that works to carry out repairs to any damage caused by the flooding will take place during the summer recess well in time for the start of the new term in September. The Department of Education wishes to thank parents for their understanding as a result of any inconvenience that may have been caused this morning.”
