The final concrete caisson was laid today signalling the completion of the wharf around the small berths marina. Following this move, Minister Licudi insisted that today marked a milestone event for the project.

The placing of concrete caissons commenced in December 2014. They outline the marina, making up the wharf around the births. The next phase of the development will see concrete pontoons put in place, as well as the building of the road along the wharf, and beatification of the area. The project is set for completion in in the Summer.
