Jun 24 – Gibraltar Women’s Association Logo Competition
The Gibraltar Women’s Association (GWA) is inviting members of the general public to enter a competition to create an original design for its new 50th Anniversary logo. The theme of the logo is, ‘Empowering Our Community’.
The GWA’s objectives are:
- To be a voice for all women in Gibraltar in order to protect the interests of our community.
- To actively promote gender equality so that women and men can shape our society in equal measure.
- To highlight and counter discrimination against women in Gibraltar.
- To provide a forum for the exchange of ideas between women and to create opportunities for collaborative endeavours.
- To promote and pursue philanthropic projects so as to empower others
The winner will have his/ her original logo design printed on Gibraltar's personalised stamps and be used as the GWA’s official stamp into the future, be featured on the GWA letter headed paper, website, Facebook page and all other forms of marketing and communications.
Expiry date for entries is 31st July 2015. Entries are restricted to three per person.
