Sep 20 - GFA Deputy General Secretary Appointed UEFA Ethics And Disciplinary Inspector
Gibraltar FA Deputy General Secretary, Ivan Robba, has today been formally appointed as a UEFA Ethics & Disciplinary Inspector at the 13th Extraordinary UEFA Congress which was held in Geneva today.
The UEFA Executive Committee initially appointed Ivan Robba at its meeting on the 9th of December. The appointment was unanimously approved, by the UEFA Membership earlier today. Ivan Robba's term as a UEFA Ethics & Disciplinary Inspector will run up until June 2019.
Speaking from Geneva, at the UEFA Extra Ordinary Congress, Gibraltar FA General Secretary was naturally delighted on the appointment:
“The unanimous ratification of Ivan as a UEFA Ethics & Disciplinary Inspector at this morning's UEFA Extraordinary Congress is a mark of the respect and high esteem in which the GFA and its officials are held by the European governing body. Moreover, it is also a mark of the excellent work that Ivan has carried out and continues to carry out, both domestically and internationally, in his capacity as the Deputy General Secretary and Legal Director of this Association.”
