Sitting adjacent to the delegation from the Spanish Football Association, the Gibraltar FA delegates, President Gareth Latin, General Secretary, Richard Manning and Dennis Beiso, the UEFA liason officer took their places at the 2013 UEFA Congress in the Grand Hall of the Grosvenor House Hotel, earlier this morning.

Spirits seem high, with the vote shifted from 2pm UK time, to 12pm. Following the vote, Gibraltarians in London are set to meet at a nearby pub named the Punch Bowl to hopefully celebrate another successful chapter in Gibraltar's history.
