Jul 11 - Refund for GFA Match Spectators Following Ticket Overselling Error
The GFA has today apologised for an error during last week’s match between Gibraltar XI and Hibernian FC, that saw a number of spectators moved from the Main Stand, for which they paid £10 to sit in, to the East stand, where ticket prices had been set at £8.
The GFA insists that the error was caused by over-selling of the Main stand tickets. They noted that spectators made to sit in the east stand despite having paid Main stand prices will be refunded. The FA asks that spectators submit their names and contact details to [email protected]. The GFA will then provide information on where and when the refund can be collected.
The Gibraltar FA is committed to ensuring that this error will not be repeated in future and that spectators will continue to be able to safely enjoy matches at the Victoria Stadium.
