Aug 12 - GFA Warns Public About Counterfeit Football Shirts
12 August 2014
The GFA has warned the general Pulbic today about the sale of counterfeit replica Gibraltar national team shirts in a selection of Main Street establishments.
The Association insists that the official kit carries ‘the ‘Admiral’ Logo stitched into the right hand side of the shirts breast plate adjacent to the official Gibraltar FA logo on the left hand side. On the bottom of the shirt there is an official hologram of the Gibraltar FA logo and another official Admiral logo.’
They go on to urge supported buying shirts to check for the key indicators, as well as the official label inside the shirt itself, before purchasing. They offer up their services to members of the public who may have doubts. The GFA can be contacted on 200 42921.
