The Minister for Sport, Steven Linares, has offered his most sincere congratulations to Megan Ruiz and Macy Cornelio, on their recent success at the British Taekwondo National Poomsae Championships. Megan achieved silver medal in the U17 female synchronised team and bronze in the Under 17 female individual class. Macy achieved bronze in the K1 cadet female synchronized teams’ event. The Government says that this once again highlights the calibre, commitment and dedication of Gibraltar sportswomen.

Mar 04 - FSC Appoints Michael Lynch As Head Of Enforcement

The Gibraltar Financial Services Commission ("FSC") is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Lynch to the position of Head of Enforcement at the FSC. A new high-level role at the FSC, Mr Lynch will be responsible for the implementation of the FSC’s new enforcement function, focused on delivering real and meaningful consequences to those that pose a risk to consumer protection and the reputation of the Gibraltar Financial Services Centre.
