THE NAKED APE!
I am a hairy individual. My head hair has been described as being strong with little chance of losing it any time soon even though I am in my mid forties and most of the males in my family on my mothers side lost their head hair in their late twenties.
Head hair has never been a concern of mine, for many years I kept a style, which could be best described as High Speed Low Drag. Trips to the barbers were simple…A number one all over.
For many years Manscaping was the preserve of pornstars and bodybuilders and the odd Islamic sect, so why do men remove their body hair? Well lets start with chest and back, if you work out and you have a hairy back or and chest, muscle definition is lost which means all of your hard work is hidden under a mat of unsightly hair.
But why would someone shave their pubes? The porn stars have the answer for that, Apparently it makes your parts look bigger, however the way I see it is the adult male appendage should not be totally exposed as one is left looking like one has a strangled turkey neck and head hanging between ones legs, not a good look, especially if one has to use the showers in the gym a lot.
No, apart from those blasted back and ear hair I try to stay true to my hairier cousins that swing in the trees, I may trim a bit here and there but still sport hair where traditionally hair grows, and although it has been pointed out on many occasions that women may prefer blokes without, I will just have to resign myself to women who like a man the way nature intended.
