April 15 - Clubhouse Gibraltar Are Calling For People To Wear Yellow In Support Of Mental Health
Clubhouse Gibraltar would like to encourage Schools, places of work and other groups to create mental health awareness by wearing Yellow and raising funds for Clubhouse Gibraltar on Friday 13th May.
The charity, which offers a structured support in the community, and is available six days a week to aid recovery from mental illness, is calling for everyone to send photos of you and friends and colleagues wearing yellow to show support for mental health.
The following day there will be a walk along Main Street from Convent Place to Casemates Square, starting at 10.45. All are welcome, wearing yellow, from babies to great grandparents under the banner that "Mental Health Concerns Everyone".
At Casemates we will be entertained by music groups and dancers on stage. In addition there will be a Family Fun day going on with the popular duck stall and face painting as well as a cake stall organized by the Gibraltar Youth Service and other activities.
Grand Raffle
Tickets are already available for a raffle which will take place on Saturday 14th May at Casemates.
