Jun 20 - World Yoga Day To Be Marked In Gibraltar
World Yoga Day will be marked for the second time in Gibraltar, and the Integral Yoga Centre in Town Range is inviting all those interested to come along to their open day tomorrow, Tuesday 21st June.
Taster sessions will be held as from 7am in the morning starting with Power Yoga, and there will be a talk by the yoga centre founder Nalanie Chellaram and a performance by One Light as from 6pm.
There will be 40-minute taster sessions on deep relaxation, hatha and meditation among many others.
Stalls and activities for children start as from 10.30am and will continue until 5pm, and there will be a number of things on offer including meditation CDs, books, Magic Malas bracelets, food, cakes and so much more.
Money raised from tomorrow’s event will go towards the Integral Yoga Centre’s charity Service in Satchidananda, and will go towards purchasing 100 beds at the Iduguta Leprosy Camp in Nzega, Tanzania.
