Feb 15 - More Than £1,000 Raised At Valentine's Day Cake Stall

More than £1,000 was raised at a Valentine's Day themed cake stall held on Saturday to raise money for the Animals In Need Foundation. 

Despite the bad weather, the charity raised £1016.79 and €34.80 by selling love and hearts-themed cakes and biscuits while passers-by also got a chance to cuddle dogs who are need of a forever home.

The Animals In Need Foundation works directly with the Prodean Animal Shelter in La Linea in Spain, where more than 600 homeless dogs currently reside.
