Feb 09 - Argus Insurance Sponsors Med Steps 5 Challenge

Argus Insurance Company (Europe) Limited will be sponsoring the Med Steps 5 Challenge for the next two years in conjunction with HM Prison Service.

The challenge is in aid of Cancer Relief Gibraltar and Argus Insurance says it is proud to be able to encourage and support healthy activities to promote awareness of such a worthy cause. The event will be held this year on 19 May 2018.

Tyrone Montovio, Argus Insurance General Manager, said “We are delighted to have been chosen by HM Prison Service to support this challenge. As a local insurance company it is important to us to be able to give something back to our community in this way,”

Mark Cooper (Coops) joint organiser said: “The prison service is delighted to have somebody on board with Argus’s reputation for community and charitable work. The event is getting bigger all the time not just for the competitors but also as a challenge for those suffering with the condition. This is our 4^th year of running this event and our first year with a sponsor”.
