Jun 10 - Spanish Man Charged With Assault And Threats To Kill
A 47-year-old Spanish national resident in La Linea, Spain, was charged yesterday following an investigation conducted by Area Response Team officers during the course of this week.
Raul Miguel Porto Perez was charged with:
- One count of Criminal Damage.
- One count of Assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
- One count of making Threats to kill
- One count of attempting to strangle with intent to facilitate an indictable offence.
He was detained in Custody and will be appearing before the Magistrates’ Court this morning.
