Jul 11 - Jet-Ski Navigator Rescued At Sea By RGP
RGP Marine Section officers responded to a report of a locally registered jet-ski in distress late on Saturday afternoon, in waters off Sandy Bay.
On arrival in the area, officers established that the vessel in question had suffered from mechanical failure, and after assisting the navigator out of the water, proceeded to secure the jet-ski.
Both vessel and owner were shortly afterwards transferred on to a Gibraltar Port Authority vessel that had been requested to the scene, following which they were conveyed back ashore. The navigator sustained no injuries.
