Sep 08 - Man Charged With Fraud

A local business man has been charged with two counts of Fraud by Abuse of Position and one count of Fraud by False Representation.

Daniel Linares, 37, of Horse Barrack Lane, Gibraltar, has been charged following an investigation by officers from the RGP’s Economic Crime Unit that dates back to November 2015.
