Sep 22 - Man Charged With Making Threats To Kill And Assault On Police
A 65-year-old local man has been charged following an incident in Lime Kiln Steps.
Richard Dellipiani faces one count of Making Threats to Kill and two counts of Assault on Police.
The charges relate to an incident during the evening of Thursday 15th September, when officers responded to reports from residents in the area of Lime Kiln Steps regarding Dellipiani’s allegedly threatening behaviour.
The incident resulted in two officers being assaulted and sustaining minor injuries whilst effecting the arrest.
Dellipiani will be appearing before the Magistrates’ Court this morning.
