Nov 17 - Man Charged Following £3,000 Burglary
A 26-year-old local man has been charged with one count of Burglary.
Jason Santos, of Orsova House, Varyl Begg Estate, was arrested in August of this year by officers from the Criminal Investigation Department, in connection with an investigation into a Burglary committed at a retail premises in the Westside area, whereby approximately £3,000 in cash and a quantity of cigarettes were stolen.
Santos is due to appear before the Magistrates’ Court today.
