Nov 21 - Man Pleads Guilty To ABH
A man has pleaded guilty to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm just before his trial was due to start at the Supreme Court this morning.
Manuel De Sa Fernandes also faced a further two charges of attempting to strangle with intent to facilitate an indictable offence and making threats to kill, both of which have been kept on file.
His lawyer Patrick Canessa requested a pre-sentence report for his client and the Chief Justice Anthony Dudley will be sentencing De Sa Fernandes on Monday 19th December.
