Dec 15 - Super Yacht Chief Officer Pleads Guilty To ABH
The Chief Officer of a super yacht pleaded guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm at the Supreme Court today.
South African national Shaun Christian Mongie was arrested in late November after getting involved in a "bar fight".
His lawyer Patrick Canessa said a pre-sentence report was not necessary as his client was hoping to return to South Africa as soon as possible to his pregnant wife.
Mongie will be sentenced on Tuesday 20th December.
