Feb 13 - Man Charged With Robbery

A 38-year-old Spanish national, Emilio Jose CARAVACA MACIAS, of La Linea de la Concepcion has been charged with Robbery and will be appearing at the Magistrates’ Court this morning.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning as a group of three females were leaving the area of Ocean Village.

The suspect was arrested in the early hours of Sunday morning and a search warrant was executed at a local residential address, during which stolen property was recovered.

UPDATE: The defendant has been remanded in custody and the case has been sent to the Supreme Court.
