Feb 20 – Man Charged With Trespass With Intent To Commit A Sexual Offence

A 27-year-old local man, Jason Santos, was arrested yesterday on suspicion of Trespass with intent to commit a Sexual Offence at a local residential dwelling and Burglary at a number of local establishments.

During the course of the investigation CCTV footage was seized and a search warrant was executed at a residential address during which part of the stolen property was recovered.

Santos has been charged with one count of Trespass with intent to commit a Sexual Offence and two counts of Burglary.

He was detained in Police Custody and will appear before the Magistrates’ Court today.
