May 24 - Drink Driving Motorcyclist Banned For Nine Months
A motorcyclist who had a “heavy” amount of alcohol in his system when breathalysed was fined £400 and disqualified from driving for nine months today.
Anthony Hannon, of Both Worlds, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol for an incident which took place in March this year.
Officers approached Hannon at the Sundial Roundabout after he was seen riding and then getting off his motorbike. He was taken to New Mole House Police Station on suspicion of drink driving and gave a reading of 81micrograms in 100ml.
