Apr 19 Violent Disorder Charges - Incident at Ocean Village
Four men have been charged with public order offences following an investigation into a violent incident at licensed premises in Ocean Village. The incident took place in the early hours of Saturday the 13th April 2013.
1. Richard Lock, aged 29, a British Citizen, currently residing at Devil’s Tower Camp was charged with one count of Violent Disorder.
2. Kenneth Winbush, aged 25, a US Citizen, currently residing at Devil’s Tower Camp was charged with one count of Violent Disorder and one count of Criminal Damage.
3. Ernest JP Caetano, aged 30, a British Citizen, of Elliot House, Laguna Estate was charged with one count of Violent Disorder and one count of Criminal Damage.
4. Another local man, aged 54, a British Citizen, of Catalan Bay, was charged with one count of Violent Disorder.
The four men appeared at the Magistrates’ Court on the 18th April 2013 with the cases being adjourned until the 25th April for Caetano and the local man and until the 20th of June for Winbush and Lock.
Investigating officers are seeking to identify three other persons involved in the incident. Anyone with information should contact the Duty Officer on 20072500 as they may be able to assist the inquiry.
