Aug 06 - Drink Driving Conviction – Milanta
A local man was today sentenced to ten weeks imprisonment and disqualified from driving for two years following his conviction for two drink driving offences.
Jeremy MILANTA, aged 30, of 39/41 Flat Bastion Road was arrested by Area Response Officers in March of this year after the car he was driving was pursued into Grand Parade Car Park. MILANTA was arrested moments later riding out of Grand Parade Car Park on a motorcycle.
MILANTA was sentenced in the Magistrates Court.
