Aug 22 - Additional Beach Parking
The East Side Reclamation Holding Area will be adapted for use as a temporary car park for beach users this coming weekend.
As from Saturday the 24th of August a sector of the “East Side Reclamation Area” will open as a car park available to beach users. The car park will be managed by Highways Enforcement Officers who will be on site to direct vehicles into the designated parking areas.
Access to the car park will be gained opposite the area commonly known as the “Black Spot” on Sir Herbert Miles Road or via Catalan Bay Beach Car Park. Portable traffic signs will direct drivers to the parking areas.
The car park will be open from 0800hrs to 2000hrs from Saturday the 24th of August to Monday the 26th of August both dates inclusive.
