Sep 04 - Three Month Sentence In “Crutch” Wounding Case
A 37 year old Polish national residing in Gibraltar was yesterday, 3rd of September, sentenced to three months imprisonment after being found guilty of wounding at a hearing in the Magistrates’ Court.
Rafael OSOWICZ, a Polish national born in Warsaw and aged 37 was found guilty of having unlawfully wounded a local woman with a crutch in an incident which occurred in April of 2012.
A separate charge of possession of an offensive weapon was withdrawn by the Crown.
