Oct 18 - Customs Cocaine Seizure

Recently, Customs officials arrested a 34 year old, locally employed Spanish national at the Land Frontier after a search of his person resulted in the detection of a tin container containing 0.4g of cocaine, a controlled Class A drug.

A resident of La Linea was charged with the importation and possession of the drug and later appeared in the Magistrates’ Court where the matter was adjourned pending legal representation.
