Nov 19 - Local Charged with Fraud and False Accounting
Officers of the Royal Gibraltar Police’s Serious Crime Unit today arrested 33-year-old Michael Gideon Cuby of Jumper’s Building following a local investigation into offences of false accounting.
The local inquiry arose following a fraud investigation in the United Kingdom conducted by the Metropolitan Police.
He has been charged with one count of false accounting and one count of conspiracy to defraud. He has been bailed to appear in court tomorrow morning.
