Jan 06 - RGP Witness Appeal Following Hit and Run
Following a traffic accident in the early hours of Saturday morning, between a car and a motorbike, the RGP are looking for any information regarding the incident.
The accident saw a white A Class Mercedez Benz and KYMCO motorbike collide by Capurro's along Line Wall Road, with the motorbike driver suffering head injuries. The RGP insists that the driver of the car left the scene without stopping or enquiring on the condition of the rider of the motorcycle. The car was spotted driving into Main Street and being left at the Cannon Lane Car Park behind the Eliot Hotel.
The Police are requesting that any individual who may have witnessed the accident, or seen the vehicle following the incident contact them on 200 72500.
