Jan 16 - Man Faces Court for Betting Company Theft
British resident of Gibraltar, 32-year-old Kevin Ball of City Mill Lane, has been charged with three counts of theft following an investigation by the RGP’s Serious Crime Unit.
Mr. Ball is alleged to have stolen £74,476.67 in funds from his employer, a locally based gaming company. Ball appeared before the Magistrates’ Court this morning following his release on Police bail.
A local man, aged 29 also arrested in connection with the same investigation, has been released without charge.
