Mar 26 - Burglary Convictions: Mercieca And Ballester
A 39 year old local man and a 35 year old local woman have today been sentenced in the Magistrates Court following respective convictions for Burglary and Handling Stolen Goods.
The Burglary which took place in January of this year occurred at commercial premises at Ocean Village.
Francis MERCIECA, aged 39, of Hood House, Laguna Estate was sentenced to four months imprisonment following his conviction for Burglary.
Bianca BALLESTER, aged 35, of Hood House, Laguna Estate was fined £150 for Handling Stolen Goods in connection with the same burglary.
