Apr 22 - Gib Customs HEO Arrested In Spain For Drink Driving
Spanish press have reported that Gibraltar Customs Enforcement Surveyor Colin McHard has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after being involved in an accident in La Alcaidesa. According to Europa Press, Mr McHard was arrested by the Policia Local after crashing his motorbike on 17th April.
The news website claims that Mr McHard failed two breathalyzer tests which indicated that he was driving whilst several times over the legal limit.
Sources indicate that Mr McHard appeared before a judge today in La Linea.
