Feb 13 - Local Teens Charged with Burglary and Theft of Motorcycles
Following investigations into a number of burglaries at the GSLA premises on Bayside Road and the offices of the Gibraltar Government Construction Company, 18 year old Nabil Mendhurst El-Habali and a 17-year-old male juvenile were arrested.
The two were yesterday jointly charged with Burglary at both premises and the theft of two motorcycles. Both were kept in cells pending their appearance in court this morning. Both individuals pleaded guilty and have been remanded in custody at the Prison whilst pre-sentencing reports are prepared.
