Government Launches Expressions Of Interest For GibLink Roadshow

Gibraltar-based businesses are being invited to take part in GibLink, a new international roadshow aimed at promoting Gibraltar as a destination for business and investment.

HM Government of Gibraltar, through the Ministry of Business, is inviting Expressions of Interest from Gibraltar-based businesses and sponsors to participate in GibLink: a new international roadshow initiative taking Gibraltar’s message directly to key audiences across the UK and Spain. 

With the UK–EU Treaty providing certainty and opportunity, GibLink will give Gibraltar’s business community a coordinated platform to engage with entrepreneurs, investors, high-net-worth individuals and skilled professionals. All events will also feature dedicated content on Gibraltar’s new residency criteria. 

Event formats may include keynote addresses, presentations, exhibition-style showcases, roundtable discussions, and networking sessions, with the precise programme for each event confirmed in due course. 

The GibLink Events 

GibLink Roadshow — Spain 

Marbella | 17 September 2026 (pm) 

Málaga | Date to be confirmed 

Events being considered in Marbella and Málaga, engaging audiences in a region with ties to Gibraltar. Final dates will be confirmed subject to interest levels. 

GibLink Roadshow — UK Regional Events 

Liverpool · Leeds · Manchester | 30 September – 1 October 2026 

Three events across two days, reaching entrepreneurial and professional communities in the North of England. Sponsors and exhibitors would participate across all three cities as part of the roadshow. 

GibLink London — Flagship Event 

Tuesday 20 October 2026 (pm) 

The flagship event of the series, forming part of the established GIBLDN schedule. GibLink London brings together the business community and government to engage with London’s entrepreneurial, investment, and professional audiences.

Participation 

The Ministry is calling on Gibraltar-based businesses across all sectors to register their interest. Prospective attendees are also invited to register their interest. 

Participation is expected to operate on a shared cost basis, with tiered sponsorship opportunities available. Sponsorship costs will be confirmed once participation levels are established. 

John Paul Fa, CEO of Business and OFT commented: “There's real appetite out there for what Gibraltar offers. Events like these help us all to get that message out there in front of the right people.” 

The Hon Gemma Arias-Vasquez, Minister for Health, Care and Business commented: “This initiative reflects our commitment to actively promoting Gibraltar at an international level throughout the year. At a pivotal moment for our economy, it is essential that we clearly communicate the opportunities Gibraltar offers and reinforce our position as a forward-looking and accessible jurisdiction for business and investment. I look forward to bringing these first events to life as we introduce our new residency criteria to audiences across the UK and Spain.” 

How to Submit an Expression of Interest 

A single Expression of Interest form covers all GibLink events. Please indicate which event(s) you are interested in and whether you are registering as a sponsor or prospective attendee.

The delivery of GibLink events is subject to achieving critical mass through confirmed sponsorship and participation. Malaga event date to be confirmed following the close of the EOI period.
