Udaya Beach Club To Host Bluefin Tuna Ronqueo Experience

Udaya Beach Club is inviting guests to experience one of Spain's most celebrated culinary traditions with its exclusive Bluefin Tuna Ronqueo Experience on Thursday 30th July at Eastern Beach.

The evening centres around the centuries-old art of ronqueo – the traditional technique of expertly carving a whole Bluefin tuna. Guests will witness a live demonstration by a professional ronqueador, offering a rare insight into the skill, precision and heritage behind one of the Mediterranean's most prized ingredients.

Following the demonstration, guests will enjoy a specially curated Bluefin tuna tasting menu, accompanied by carefully selected wine pairings that showcase the fish's versatility and exceptional quality.

As the evening continues, guests can relax and enjoy live flamenco performances and signature cocktails crafted by a guest bartender, creating the perfect atmosphere to round off an immersive celebration of Spanish gastronomy and culture.
