Nov 23 - Minister Wishes The Gibraltar National Dance Team Best Of Luck

The Minister for Sports, Culture, Heritage and Youth, Steven Linares, has wished the Gibraltar National Dance Team, led by Team Manager Wendy Garro, all the best of luck on behalf of the people of Gibraltar in their forthcoming participation at the international dance competitions organised by the International Dance Organisation (IDO).

The team will be firstly competing at the 2015 IDO World Championships in Show Dance from the 23rd to 28th November at the Erdgas Arena in Reisa, Germany against very strong competition of well over 2000 dancers from 28 different nations and five continents.

In December the Gibraltar National Dance Team will then compete at the World Modern and Jazz Championships staged at the Golebiewski Resort in Mikolajki, Poland, where over 1730 dancers from 26 nations and five continents have already registered to take part.
