Santos Productions and the Gibraltar Academy of Music and Performing Arts presents “A Christmas Wish” a show for all the family to enjoy and kick-start your Christmas.
Ever wondered what happens while you are sleeping on Christmas Eve? Then come along and see for yourselves. “A Christmas Wish” is the story of a young girl, Jamie, who has had a very tough year and decides to ask Santa for something very special this Christmas. She makes a wish and while she is sleeping, she gets a visit from one of Santa’s Elves. This charming Elf takes Jamie and her father on a journey that will change their lives forever.
Take this magical journey with Jamie and Elf and live through many different moments that will show us what Christmas is all about. The show is the first production involving the Gibraltar Academy of Music and Performing Arts and will feature singers, actors, percussionists, guitarists as well as a string ensemble and, of course, the Gibraltar Youth Choir (formerly Santos Productions Choir) who will bring to life all the popular Christmas songs and carols we all know and love.
“A Christmas Wish” also features The Gibraltar Academy of Dance, Transitions Dance Academy and Stylos Dance Studios. Christmas is here so come and enjoy this beautiful story with your family and friends.
The organisers said: “We all need a heart-warming moment and some time to dis-connect and just spend some time smiling and enjoying everything around us, so join us for a moment of peace, harmony and Christmas cheer.”
Experience the joy of the Christmas Season at the John Mackintosh Hall from 5th-8th December at 7pm. Tickets at £12 are available from the Nature Shop at Casemates Square.
