Dec 02 – Christmas Comes To Ocean Village
Ocean Village is holding its Christmas celebrations tomorrow and Thursday this week.
Santa Claus is arriving from 6.30pm tomorrow, and there will be carols from Governor’s Meadow Choir and the switching on of the Christmas lights.
Santa will be joined by special guests Minnie and Mickey Mouse, as well as his elf. Afterwards, there will be a bouncy castle, face painting and other activities. Santa will start meeting children at 7pm and the evening’s entertainment will continue until about 9pm.
On Thursday, the fun starts from 6pm onwards and there will also be goodies available from an Artisan Christmas Market on the Promenade.
There will be mulled wine and hot chocolate inside the Grotto, as well as face painting and other activities for the children
Entry to the Grotto is £3, with all proceeds going to Childline.
