Sep 15 – Government Promises To Relocate Governor’s Meadow And Bishop Fitzgerald Schools If Re-elected
If the GSLP-Libs win this year’s general election, they will relocate Governor’s Meadow and Bishop Fitzgerald schools and embark on a major rebuild and renovation of Bayside Comprehensive.
This was revealed by the Chief Minister Fabian Picardo at the official reception to mark the opening of St Bernard’s First and Middle Schools at the site of the old St Bernard’s Hospital in the Upper Town.
Mr Picardo said that the new schools had raised the bar for all educational facilities in Gibraltar and that his Government was committed to investing in new buildings and facilities.
